The apartment
The Riad is an upper level 1 bedroom apartment comfortable for 1 or 2 people.  The balconies are North facing with a view of the San Miguel church tower in the distance.  The apartment was remodeled in 2009 and has the following features:

*Furnished kitchen with cooking hob, fridge, pots, pans, plates, utensils, glasses 
*Bathroom (shower only)
* Dining room with table and balcony onto the street
*Cozy living room with Moroccan-style sofa (80cm x 200cm). TV and stereo
 *Bedroom with double (140 cm x 200 cm) bed with fresh linens provided, chest of drawers and hanging space. Balcony onto the street. 
*Heating in Winter
*Wi-Fi Internet Access (Free)
*Traditional Andalusian shared patio with table
*Located near sherry bodegas, shopping, bars, restaurants, flamenco peñas and dance/guitar schools.
If you are a student of flamenco in town to do a workshop, take private lessons, or just to immerse yourself in the world of flamenco, The Riad is located in the gypsy neighborhood of San Miguel.  As we are enthusiasts of the art as well, and with many years of experience in the Jerez scene, we can advise you on lessons, teachers, where to go to hear Flamenco and other questions.

Pricing
Rates are 30 € per night for single occupancy, 50€ per night for a couple.  In some cases a third person can be added for an additional 15 € per night.  Prices are 20% higher during Semana Santa, the Flamenco Festival, the Motorcycle Grand Prix, the “Feria del Caballo” and the “Fiestas de la Vendimia” Check with us for exact dates.
-For the Motorcyle Grand Prix, there is a minimum three night stay (the Friday, Saturday & Sunday of the event).
-For the Flamenco Festival, there is a minimum week stay.
-Please enquire regarding discounts for stays longer than a week, outside high-season events.
*During the months of October-February we will consider longer-term stays at a reduced price.
50% of total required for deposit in order to make a reservation (payable via wire transfer)
***Cancellations: A refund of a deposit can only be assured if the cancellation is given with at least 4 week's notice.
